2024 W-2s are Ready!

As you are getting ready to prepare your taxes for 2024, don’t forget to download your W-2 from the Paycom portal.  Unless you opted for the mailed copy, this is the only way to obtain your W-2.  

Instructions for downloading:

• In the Paycom app, click on the 3 lines on the top left

• Click on “Payroll”

• Click on “Year End Tax Forms”

• Click on the option to view (the ‘eye’ icon)

• Choose if you want to save, print, email, etc.

Notes:

Employees who opted to have a W-2 mailed will receive those by the end of the January.  

If you would like to change the way in which you receive your copy NEXT YEAR, you can do that by clicking the “here” option at the top of the screen.
