Reminder:  Upcoming Mandatory Cybersecurity Training

As part of our ongoing efforts to safeguard our data and systems, we are continuing our partnership with KnowBe4, a leading cybersecurity training platform, to implement a series of phishing campaigns and training sessions.  This training is mandatory for all employees and must be completed by Friday, May 24, 2025.

What to Expect:

The training will take approximately 20 minutes and consists of two short modules focused on:

• Mobile Device Security

• Work Area Cybersecurity Risks

These topics are crucial to maintaining a safe and secure work environment—both in and out of the office.

How to Access the Training:

On April 21, you received an email directly from KnowBe4 with your personalized training link. The orange graphic on this page is an example of what that email looked like.

Please note that when logging in to KnowBe4, you will need to use your ‘clearwatersol.com’ email address as the username. (Ex. chris.edwards@clearwatersol.com).
