State Manager, Clarence Wittwer, shares “They have been away from their families for several weeks now, living in hotels and working in harsh snow conditions. During that time, they have still managed to get their normal duties completed, such as meter reading, and they continue to reduce the number of open work orders. In a period of four months, they have taken the Arizona work orders from 642 to less than 100 and the number continues to drop. With the current snow fall that started last night, there have still been no outages, all BWAs have been cleared, and for nearly a week there are NO open emergency work orders to start the day. I could not be more proud of them.”
