REMINDER:  Employee Self-Review Due Today 3/28

The 2024 Employee Performance Review process kicked off with the launch of Employee Self-Reviews. All Employee Self-Reviews have been assigned to everyone in Paycom. All Employee Self-Reviews need to be completed by close of business on March 28, 2025.

Steps for Completing the Employee Self-Review:

Step 1 – Log In to Paycom to Begin Performance Evaluation

Log into your Paycom Employee Self-Service dashboard and click on the My Performance link under the Performance tile. Next, click on Start to begin your review.

Step 2 – Self-Evaluation (Competencies & Goals)

After clicking Start, you will be directed to your current Performance Evaluation, where you will see five competencies and goals (2024 hires, and those who do not have any documented 2024 Performance Goals will only see competencies.) Each competency and/or goal will have a dropdown menu for your self-evaluation. Please review the ratings and provide a self-assessment of your performance for each competency and/or goal. Additionally, add comments for each item to provide your supervisor with valuable insights that will assist in completing your evaluation.

Step 3 – Evaluation Submission

Once you have completed your Self-Review, submit it to your supervisor for review. After submission you are all done with your Employee-Self Review. Your review will then be routed to your supervisor for review. In the coming weeks, your supervisor will schedule time with you to discuss your Employee Self-Review and their review of your performance.

Things to Remember:

  • You will be asked to rate each competency and goal on a scale from one to three.

    • Score 1 – Not Meeting Expectations
            Score 2 – Meeting Expectations
            Score 3 – Exceeding Expectations

  • In addition to rating your performance using the scoring system, you will be required to add comments to each competency and goal. This is your time to share with your supervisor an honest reflection on your work in 2024. This is a great opportunity to share your successes with your supervisor!

  • It is important that you take time to think through your responses. The Employee Self-Review is an important part of the Performance Review process and upcoming discussions with your supervisor.

  • All Employee Self-Reviews must be completed and submitted by March 28, 2025.
