Did Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow?

Legend has it that this furry forecaster can predict the seasons simply by observing his shadow… If Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow, then brace yourself for six more weeks of winter. But if he can’t catch a glimpse, we’re in for an early spring! If the FOX Forecast Center's "Shadow Cast" holds, Phil will not see his shadow, and spring will be closer than we think if the groundhog's prediction comes true.

This morning, the Groundhog Day celebration was held in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania at the Gobbler’s Knob. The reports have come in and according to Phil, spring is on its way! With no shadow in sight, we can expect sunshine and warmer days ahead.
