Rolling Out Improvements:
CWS Fleet Updates

If you've noticed some changes in our company's fleet, you're not alone. Whether you're driving a newer vehicle, seeing fewer trucks in the lot, or receiving new decals for your truck, these updates are designed to strengthen our brand, improve financial efficiency, and, most importantly, enhance the safety of our team on the road.

Strengthening Our Brand

To reinforce our company's identity, new decals are being issued for company-owned vehicles.  Updated door decals with the company’s logo are available upon request. Door decals are required for all vehicles, unless exception has been made and approved by a member of the leadership team.  A notable addition is the American flag on the back bumper, proudly reflecting our company's USA-based business. Additionally, a new fleet numbering system has been introduced. This update will improve organization, vehicle management, and tracking, ensuring a more streamlined approach to fleet operations.

Financial Benefits

In 2024, ClearWater sold a significant number of vehicles from our fleet, many of which were either in poor condition, non-operational, or no longer needed.  Following this adjustment, 72% of those that remain in use are less than five years old.

This fleet improvement has led to significant cost savings. With newer vehicles requiring less fuel and maintenance, as well as fewer registration and insurance expenses, we are already saving over $120,000 per month. Ongoing monitoring of fleet-related costs will continue to improve efficiency and maximize savings.

Prioritizing Safety

Along with removing older, unreliable vehicles, we’ve also invested in technology to enhance driver safety. In 2024, we installed AZUGA devices in company vehicles, providing real-time data to help ensure safer driving practices.  We also initiated the use of cones for parked vehicles – both of which have proven successful in our effort to prioritize safety.

Important Reminders

To keep our fleet in top condition, here are a few key tips:

• Make sure you have the correct vehicle assigned to you. Your vehicle information is shown on the Holman app.

• Regular Maintenance: Schedule oil changes, tire rotations, and replace tires as needed to extend the life of the vehicle in accordance with Holman’s periodic reminders.

• Perform Vehicle Service as Needed: If your vehicle requires service or repairs, be sure to check the Holman app for a list of approved local shops. Upon arrival, inform the shop that the vehicle is managed by Holman. The shop will submit the work order for approval.

• Keep It Clean: Regularly wash the exterior and tidy up the interior. Loose objects rolling around can create hazards, and a clean vehicle presents a more professional image.

• If you need updated door decals, or have questions about any of this information, please reach out to Ma’ad Rawi.

By embracing these changes, we are building a stronger, safer, and more efficient fleet for the future. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to keeping our vehicles in top shape!
