As a reminder, our retirement plan is moving to a new home at Principal®. As we make the move to a new service provider, we want to make sure it is a smooth transition.

During this transition, there’s a short period when your account access is blocked (“blackout period”), and you will be unable to make changes to your investment choices for new contributions, transfer existing retirement funds between investment options, or request other transactions. Below are the key dates for more details about the Blackout Period:

July 26, 2024 - Last day to change investment election with Newport.

July 26, 2024 - Last day to request investment transfers, withdrawals, or distributions with Newport.

July 29, 2024, to the week of September 1, 2024* - Blackout period for retirement funds with Newport transitioning to Principal.

August 14, 2024 - Estimated date retirement funds transfer to Principal.

* This date depends on the accurate and timely transfer of data between our current provider and Principal. You will be notified if anything changes.
