CWS Introduces New Core Values

We are excited to share an important update with you—our company’s new core values! These values serve as the foundation of our culture, guiding our decisions, behaviors, and interactions as we continue to grow and evolve.  They reflect our commitment to excellence, innovation, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact in everything we do.

These four core values should be pretty easy to remember – keeping in mind “the four S’s”.   They are:

SAFETY - We will maintain a culture of safety, where safety is our first priority and constantly at the forefront of our operations.

SUSTAINABILITY - We will make decisions that ensure the sustainability and viability of CWS for all its stakeholders.

STEWARDSHIP - We will be good stewards of the environment, ensuring we always act to protect our communities and natural resources.

SHARED SUCCESS - We will drive for the collective success of all our constituents - co-workers, clients, communities, and the company (the four C's).

These values are more than just words—they define who we are, what we stand for, and how we work together to achieve our mission. We encourage each of you to embrace these values and think about how they align with your role, your goals, and our collective success. Our shared commitment to these principles will shape our future and help us build a workplace where everyone thrives.
