Beginning this year, we are instituting annual Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Training that will take place every March. This training is focused on creating a healthy and safe work environment that creates a sense of common purpose, and is free from aggressive pressure, intimidation, and discrimination.
On March 1, 2025, everyone was assigned the training module titled Anti-Harassment & Harassment for Employees in KPA. This training is mandatory for all employees and needs to be completed by the end of the month.
