Lunch & Learn Series to Kick Off Soon!

The first Lunch & Learn session will take place on Thursday, December 19 at 12:30 CST.  Join us as Executive Vice President, Ed Schwab, discusses the role of business development and introduces the new Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF) initiative.  A Microsoft Teams invite has been emailed to everyone.

Reminder:  Report all Incidents to the Safety Team

CWS considers elimination of motor vehicle incidents as a major goal. This pertains to incidents under the operation of company owned or leased vehicles and the operation of rental or driver owned vehicles used for business purposes. To meet this objective, all incidents will be properly reported to management, investigated, and corrective actions put in place and documented. This process is defined in the “CWS Incident Reporting Program”.

  • Implementation of these procedures remains the responsibility of both the driver and manager.

  • The driver shall be required to report all incidents to CWS and to Holman, regardless of severity. All incidents should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours or by the end of the business day.

  • Any employee who has their driver’s license revoked or suspended shall immediately notify the Safety and Fleet offices by 9 a.m. EST the next business day, and immediately discontinue operation of the company vehicle. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

  • Drivers must report all ticket violations received during the operation of a company vehicle, or while driving a personal vehicle on company business*, within 72 hours to the Safety and Fleet offices.

  • Report any incidents involving a company-owned vehicle promptly to supervision.

  • All drivers have their MVR’s monitored and we are notified of any changes whether an employee notifies us or not.
