CWS will observe the following paid holidays:

Thanksgiving - Thursday, Nov. 28 & Friday, Nov. 29
Christmas - Tuesday, Dec. 24 & Wednesday, Dec. 25
New Years Day - Wednesday, Jan. 1

Certification Information Needed

Don’t forget to send in your certification information once you pass your exams!  Project Managers and Supervisors are encouraged to notify us as well.  You can email it to Beth Turner or Katie Hill.

Benefits Enrollment Update

Benefits for 2025 are changing!  CWS will be changing its medical insurance carrier to Blue Cross Blue Shield.   (Dental and Vision insurance will remain with Guardian.)  Keep an eye on your email for more information.  This will be an ACTIVE enrollment meaning you will have to log into Paycom to select your benefits…even if you don’t want to change your coverages.  Open enrollment begins November 11th and ends November 20th.  The new plans begin January 1st.

Have you moved recently?  Did you get married or have a baby this year?  Be sure to log into Paycom to verify the information we have on file for you is correct.  This information will be associated with your benefits and is also used to generate your end of the year W2 documents. Incorrect information could lead to lengthy delays.  www.paycom.com
