Quarterly All Hands Meeting Recap

In case you missed it, yesterday, CWS held its first Quarterly All Hands Meeting. These meetings will occur every quarter, so you don’t want to miss any important updates from our Executive Leadership Team or what is going on across the organization. You also have the opportunity to ask any questions.

A brief overview of the topics covered in the meeting:

  • Mental Health: Everyone deals with personal struggles that may not be visible. Check in on your colleagues and speak up if something seems off. We have resources available (Employee Assistance Program) to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. We are here to help.

  • The Outstanding Response to Tropical Storm Debby: Catherine gave a huge thank you to Keanu Wadhams (FL State Director) and the rest of the team in FL, GA, and the Carolinas for a job well done in preparation for the storm. Everyone stay safe out there!

  • Safety Scores: Our safety performance is improving, but continual improvement is crucial. Practice the Safety STAR philosophy and remember to be present in the moment while you are operating and minimize all distractions.

  • Azuga Driving Scores: Our Azuga driving scores are looking great across the board at scores of 90+, with Louis Michel from Louisiana ranking among the top 10 safest drivers out of thousands of other drivers for Azuga. Great job!

  • We need YOUR help recruiting the next generation of water & wastewater professionals for CWS: Help our People & Culture team by being a recruiter and telling people about our company and what we have to offer. Especially younger individuals!

Catherine concluded the meeting by showing appreciation to everyone throughout our company.

Stay tuned for the next Quarterly All Hands Meeting—you don’t want to miss it!
