Hoover Team Treated to Appreciation Luncheon

The team members from the Hoover, AL wastewater treatment plants were treated to lunch last week as part of an appreciation event hosted by Torrey Jones, State Director for Alabama.  In addition to the good food, the luncheon also included a time for open discussion during which employees were able to talk about any ideas for improvement and celebrate the good things going on.  Torrey also provided the group with an update on what is happening around the company.

“These lunches are something that I want to have at all of our projects around the state,“ said Torrey.  “I want to show the employees that they are appreciated for their hard work and, at the same time, provide an opportunity for them to be able to share what’s on their mind.”  

Torrey said he looks forward to meeting with other teams in the coming months.
