Launch of Annual CWS Excellence Award

The launch of the long-awaited CWS Excellence Award is here! The Excellence Award, established in 2023, is CWS’s most prestigious employee award and will be presented annually to those employees who exemplify the Company’s Core Values of Safety, Integrity, Innovation, Connection and Excellence.

We’re pleased to announce that nominations are now open for 2023!

Up to three (3) individuals or teams out of the our workforce of nearly 700 employees may receive the distinguished Excellence Award each year. Winners are recognized for their outstanding achievements and for their leadership and commitment to supporting CWS’s Vision of “Quality Water. Vibrant Communities” during the prior calendar year.

To be eligible for individual recognition, the nominee must have started employment with the Company on or before August 1, 2023. Team nominations may be comprised of members from the same or different divisions. Employee nominations of their direct supervisor and self-nominations are not permitted.

All entries must be submitted by 5 p.m. ET on January 31, 2024 using the following link -- https://forms.office.com/r/ZK3GLgV7q5 -- or by sending in a nomination using the attached CWS Nomination Form to nominations@clearwatersol.com, and the winners will be announced at a special ceremony in March.  As a reminder, winners will be selected by a committee of your peers to be formed by the People & Culture team at the end of this month.
