Beginning Monday, July 1st, CWS will begin a new recognition program to celebrate employees who go above and beyond. This is a great new opportunity to recognize and celebrate employees who excel in their daily responsibilities, obtain new certifications, exemplify our core values, or simply make a positive impact in the world around us.
How will this work?
It’s simple! Starting on Monday, employees can submit a kudos for a co-worker by simply sending an email to kudos@clearwatersolutions.com. Be sure to include the CWS employee’s name and work location, as well as the reason for recognition. We’ve included several examples below:
Kudos Email Example 1:
Employee: Amber Eagle, Corporate Office
I would like to recognize Amber Eagle for all the great work she does to onboard new employees. As a hiring manager, it is important to know that everything will be smooth for a new employee. Amber was in constant contact with me and the new employee to ensure they had everything they needed to feel comfortable on their first day.
Kudos Email Example 2:
Employee: Gonzalo Rocha, Denham Springs
We have an employee here in Denham Springs named Gonzalo Rocha that is one of our Operators. I just wanted someone else to know what I see with him every time I see him no matter if it's first thing in the morning or afternoon. Always the same. No matter what is going on. He could have had a bad day, but you would never know it. I am not his supervisor, but I wanted to send this anyway.
Every morning since he has been here (about a year) he has had the same demeanor, always smiling and has a friendly word to say, shakes your hand and leaves with "you have a great day". I have never seen him involved in any drama or such since he has been here. He comes to work each day and you always get the same Junior (that’s what he goes by).
The Communications team will regularly collect details for the kudos emails to share with the employee’s manager and celebrate recognized employees in the Weekly FLOW and other CWS internal and external communications. We will also enter all the employees into a drawing for a $100 gift card to be awarded each month. The only rule: you cannot nominate yourself. It’s just that easy!
