Allen Fowler Named New Project Manager for Hale County, AL

We are excited to announce that Allen Fowler is now the new Project Manager at our Hale County project.

Allen has been a valuable member of CWS for the past 15+ years, and has made significant contributions to 19 different projects during his career.

He still continues helping with other projects, as he is the Operator of Record for the Victoryland Greyhound Park activated sludge wastewater treatment plant, Red Eagle Honor Farm wastewater treatment lagoons, SafetyNet Youth Systems, ALDOC, and he assists in any way he can with other projects with permits, treatment issues, etc.

Previously, he served as the Project Manager for the Inlet Beach Water System located in Inlet Beach, Florida. There, he managed the water and wastewater systems including 3 groundwater wells, 1 storage facility, and 18 lift stations. Before coming to Florida, he served as the Project Manager at our Union Springs, AL project where he operated water treatment facilities, a 21 mile water distribution system, a trickling filter wastewater plant, an activated sludge treatment plant, a 20 mile sewer system, a 223 acre spray field and land disposal site and a natural gas distribution system.
