Keep up the great work!

He's willing to do anything including grabbing samples for me when needed.  I’d also like to recognize Mark and Chad from the Savannah, TN project. They were called in to assist us at the Decherd project changing bolts on and around a filter a few weeks ago. They spent three days with us and worked their butts off changing bolts. “Dear Mr. Carroll,

I am writing to you to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding work ethic of Zach Wilson.

We live on the corner of Oak Tree Lane and Persimmon Ridge Dr. in the community of Persimmon Ridge. My neighbor, Kyle Fogg, and I have been smelling sewer gas in our yards and decks since approximately May 2024. Recently, we both have smelled the sewer gas in our homes. I reported this to Blue Grass Wastewater and within a day or two I received communication from Zach. He met with both Kyle and me to discuss the issue.

Since that first meeting we have been extremely impressed with Zach’s dedication to solve the issue. He has checked the area of the lagoons for leaks, flushed and jetted the lines twice (the first time did not resolve the issue so he researched and jetted the lines from a different area). He may have done other things that I am unaware of. Zach gave me his cell phone number so that I could inform him, if and when, I smelled the gas again. His response time and follow through are impeccable! In addition, Zach is kind, thoughtful, respectful, and eager to solve the problem.

Mr. Carroll, I can honestly say that it is very rare and refreshing to find an individual and employee that is this dedicated to his/her job. I hope that ClearWater Solutions values Zach as much as we do.

I will keep Zach informed of the situation should we smell sewer gas again.  By the way, I have not smelled sewer gases outside my home since he jetted the lines recently.
