As we approach the beginning of 2025, you can begin preparing for the effective date (January 1, 2025) of your new Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance coverage by registering through their web portal and mobile app, My Health Toolkit. Once you register on the web or mobile app, you will be able to access your digital ID card, find health and wellness resources, and much more!
