QUENTEL NAMED INTERIM CEO

The CWS Board of Directors is excited to announce that Paul Quentel has been named the company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer effective September 1. As the Interim CEO, he will be primarily responsible for helping guide the management and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and performance objectives.  He will work with all our company leaders to support field operations, a role he is excited to take on.

To some of you, Paul may not be a stranger.  He has been with CWS since April of 2024, serving as a Senior Advisor to the Capital Management Solutions (CMS) Division.  During this time, Paul was instrumental in helping the CMS group develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including the adoption of a new CRM.

Paul brings a wealth of experience in executive leadership and has a strong track record of helping companies drive growth, standardize processes and create scalability – making him a great fit for our company.  He most recently served as the Managing Partner for Q Management Advisors, and previously was the CEO of Envirowaste Services Group, Inc., one of the largest providers of storm and wastewater system maintenance, repair and rehabilitation in the Southeast.

Paul is married to Michelle, and together they have three children - two boys that are in college and a daughter that is in high school.  A couple of fun facts about Paul: He grew up in a family of six boys and he was once ‘The Boss’ on the popular TV show ‘Undercover Boss’.
