IN CASE YOU MISSED IT!  OPEN ENROLLMENT AND 2025 BENEFITS ANNOUNCED

Over the past several months, we have worked diligently with our partners to negotiate a comprehensive benefits program that provides you and your families the insurance coverage you need, while doing our best to keep employee premiums low. We are excited to announce that you will see no premium increases in 2025! We were able to make carrier and plan selections that provide you with similar coverage at no additional cost!

2025 Coverage Options

• Health Coverage: In 2025 we will be changing health coverage providers to Blue Cross Blue Shield. We made this change to ensure we were able to provide similar coverage, while keeping your premiums the same as last year. This is great news!

• Vision and Dental Coverage: In 2025 we will continue to have dental and vision coverage through Guardian. Employee premiums for dental coverage will remain the same and premiums for vision coverage will decrease by 10%!

• 2025 Benefits Guide: You were emailed the 2025 Benefits Guide and a “What’s Changing” Flyer that provides more detail on your 2025 Benefits options.

Open Enrollment Period

Open Enrollment will begin on November 11, 2024 and end on November 20, 2024. Once the Open Enrollment period begins you will complete your selections in Paycom. Please note that because we are changing health coverage carriers, this will be an active enrollment. Everyone will have to actively elect your 2025 benefits.

Benefits Enrollment Informational Meetings

We will be hosting two Benefits Enrollment Informational Meetings via Microsoft Teams with Lockton, our insurance broker, to give you all an opportunity to learn more about 2025 elections and ask any questions you may have.  Today you will receive two Teams meeting invites for these meetings. These meetings will cover the same information, so you only need  to join one if you are able. We will also record the meetings and make them available in case your schedule does not allow you to participate.
