Kudos Award Winner & Nominations for the month of July

A month ago, CWS launched our new Kudos award program to recognize and celebrate employees who go above and beyond in their daily responsibilities, obtain new certifications, exemplify our core values, or simply make a positive impact in the world around us. The end of July marked the end of the first month of this new awards program and what a great initiative this has turned out to be!  We received four nominations throughout the month for exceptional efforts made by our team members.  All four nominees were entered into a drawing, and one was selected to receive a $100 VISA gift card!

Congratulations to Albert Smith! Albert is the Collections & Distribution Supervisor in Swainsboro, GA.  He will receive a $100 gift card for his exceptional service and attention to detail.  Thank you, Albert, for your dedication to our company and the community in which you serve.

Just a reminder…EVERYONE within our company can submit a Kudos nomination for a co-worker by simply sending an email to kudos@clearwatersolutions.com. Be sure to include the employee’s name and work location, as well as the reason for recognition.  If you have photos to accompany the nomination, we would love to have those as well.  At the end of each month, all nominees will be entered into a drawing for a gift card.

Kenneth Crawford, Business Development: “I want to recognize Kenneth for his diligent work at the last minute to ensure accuracy and appropriate pricing for our Mississippi CSWR re-bid.”

Albert Smith, Swainsboro: “We caught Mr. Albert Smith, Collections and Distribution Supervisor in Swainsboro, GA cleaning his CWS truck. Vehicle maintenance and cleanliness is an important part of what we do as a team and as a company. We should always put our best foot forward no matter if it’s cleaning out a manhole or presenting at a council meeting. We should treat each sighting of ourselves in the field as if the whole world is watching. They usually are.”

Scott McCurley, CMS Texas: “Congratulations to Scott McCurley, our Project Manager in Texas.  He obtained his LA contractor’s license which is huge for our company as we serve the Louisiana and Texas areas.  Scott started 7 months ago with CWS, but has 30 years in the business.”

Louis Michel, Louisiana: “Every quarter Azuga recognizes the top 10 fleet managers and drivers. The decision is based on the overall driver scorecard for Quarter 2, 2024.  Congratulations! Your driver Louis Michel is one of the top 10 Azuga Safety Stars for Quarter 2, 2024.”
