New Medical Insurance Policy Began January 1

If you have CWS’s medical insurance policy, you are now covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Member ID cards were mailed to each participant in early December, but if you did not get yours, please reach out to April Wilcox.  You can also download the “My Health Toolkit” app for your phone which contains your card information, as well as other important features such as recent health and prescription claims, access to the “virtual doctor”, and an overview of benefits.  Click here for more information.

Terryberry:  Service Awards Vendor

Since 2018, CWS has been recognizing the valuable contributions and commitment of our team members through its Service Award program.  The program, administered by Terryberry, handles the communication via email, generates the certificates, and coordinates the gifts through their partner - Awards Choice.  If you are celebrating a 3, 5, 10, 15, or 20+ year anniversary and receive an email from either of those companies, please know that it is a legitimate email.  

Enroll Now in Certification Training For 2025

The water and wastewater training classes wrapped up in December, but the new sessions will begin on January 24, 2025.  There are two levels of Water courses - Basic and Advanced - and one for Wastewater.  All classes meet on Fridays via Microsoft Teams. There is no cost for you to participate and any CWS employee is welcome to join.  The only investments you will need to make is that of time and effort.  It is important that you are committed to setting aside time to attend class and studying as necessary.  To register, email Katie Hill at katie.hill@clearwatersolutions.com.

Certification Information Needed
