We all know that employee engagement is an invaluable part of a company. Engaged employees feel connected to the company, are more satisfied with their jobs, and typically work harder to ensure the company’s success. So how do we make sure that CWS employees feel engaged? One way is through regular communication like this.
A couple of months ago, we asked employees to complete our communication survey so that we could determine what topics you wanted to see featured, how often, and which communication channels we should use. A resounding majority preferred emails over printed copies and the topics ranged from benefits to cybersecurity tips to company news.
We heard you loud and clear! And now, we have started the “Weekly Flow” emails that will contain a variety of content, but in a smaller dose, more frequently, and distributed through email. We hope this helps to keep you connected…no matter where you are!
