GEORGIA HAS NEW STATE DIRECTOR

CWS projects across Georgia now have a new Public Utilities State Director. Josh Van Horn has been hired to fill the position.  

Josh has 27 years of experience in the utility industry and most recently served as Water Distribution System Manager for Fulton County, GA. His experience crosses a broad-spectrum including water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and collections, electrical production and distribution, and refinery operations.

Josh is currently licensed in Georgia as a Water Distribution Operator, Class 3 Water Operator, Wastewater Collection System Operator, and Class 4 Wastewater Operator.
