This is a quick reminder that all performance evaluations are due March 1, 2024. Attached at the bottom of the page, you will find detailed guides on how to complete both the employee and supervisor portion of the review process in Paycom.
Goals must align with ClearWater's strategic goals and must include the measurement and weighting for each goal. The total percentage of all goals must equal 100%. Please make sure each employee lists at minimum 3 goals but no more than 5.
All employees will set goals for 2024 but only employees who have been employed for at least 90 days as of January 1, 2024, will be eligible for a merit increase.
