Emergencies, such as water main breaks, don’t always occur during normal working hours. In fact, they often seem to happen at the worst times - in the middle of the night, during a storm, on holidays, etc. But no matter when or where they arise, the CWS team understands the importance of quick response to ensure safe drinking water is available to every community. The following was posted by Chris Morton, our Area Manager in Georgia, regarding the CWS team in Swainsboro who responded to a situation over the Christmas holidays.
“Wishing a Merry Christmas to everyone today. However, I have a very special Merry Christmas to my work family of ClearWater Solutions for the City of Swainsboro.
These guys do what needs to be done to keep water flowing, wastewater going and streets rolling. A wonderful group of my guys spent their Christmas Eve away from their home family to work on an emergency water main break with their work family. So very grateful to each and every one of my employees for the work that they do to maintain our city, our community, and our environment.
Thanks to Albert Smith leading our Collection and Distribution team. Thanks to Randy Scarboro leading our Public Works department. Thanks to Will Hutcheson leading our Maintenance department. Thanks to Wade Holcomb and Perry Johnson for State of Georgia Gold Award winning Water and Wastewater compliance. Thanks to Jeannie Morton for holding us all together and running the show.”
A special thanks to these team members, and all CWS team members who provide critical support each and every day!
