CWS People and Culture Business Partner, Ashley Habernal, traveled to Columbus, Mississippi to meet and visit with the Columbus team and VP of Operations, Chris Carroll. Pictured in this photo are: Lee Jaynes, Austin Fortner, Brandan Loper, and James Jones, alongside Chris and Ashley.

This was a great opportunity for everyone to meet and greet, while the day was packed with discussions on training, visits to different sites, checking up on everyone and their progress, and answering any questions.

Ashley said, “I had a great visit with this team! They are such a great crew with a positive outlook. Lots of talent, drive, hard work, and a desire to grow there. Two employees are working to get their certifications this next month and the others are signed up for later on. They are a super tight-knit group that loves CWS and they enjoy one another, so it makes work fun.”
