In North Carolina, Greg Spillman was hired to fill the State Director role.  Greg began work on October 2 and is currently becoming familiar with our operating systems, mission, and culture.  Greg has more than 19 years of experience in the operations and management of both public and privately owned utility systems, including six years in a leadership role with Carolina Water Service of North Carolina.  He holds several water and wastewater certifications in North Carolina and Kentucky.
