Many Kudos received this week!

Keep up the great work!

From Fred Nelson: “The Florida Construction Division has been working extra hard and has completed new construction contracts ahead of schedule(s) and below budgets, while maintaining due diligence with hurricane preparedness and clean up, dealing with excessive Florida heat, keeping a stellar safety record while deep excavating, shoring, and M.O.T. traffic controlling. Due to the crews’ expedited actions on-site and professionalism with client relations at Corinthian Villas, CWS has been invited to propose two more condominium wastewater plant demolitions with city force main tie-ins. CWS Management recognizes Tylor, Chris, Dwayne, and Justin for their dedication and hard work.”

More Kudos…

From Mike Skelton: “Sending kudos to Eric Willis (CMS)! We were fixing a 6-inch water main break and he jumped in the ditch to put a wrap around the pipe with water running in his boots and never stopped to get the customer’s water back on in Hale County, AL.”

From Claude Barber: “Two employees were working in Clemson, SC and spotted two ladies hauling some yard debris down to the lake behind their house. One lady was pretty old at least in her 80s or 90s. She was trying to get back to her house and had a heat related illness. Anthony heard the chaos so, he and Christina both ran over there and she was laying on some rocks flat on her back. Anthony immediately got the hose going and they wet her arms and neck and helped her up to a chair and moved her into the shade. Her daughter, meanwhile, ran in the house to get a wet towel. The team members involved in this incident were from our CMS CCTV division. Their names are Christina Loyal and Anthony Terrell. They are quick thinking and rushed to aid someone in need, which makes me super proud to have them on my team. In my eyes, heroes come in all walks of life.

From Maverick Olaes: I want to give a shout out to Carter Smith and Merlyn Wood for their outstanding work in our Williamston and Pendleton Projects. Due to the high work volumes at these facilities these projects require a lot of attention. Without having to directly tell these young men what to do they decided themselves to take initiative by making a list of things to do and when to do them. They have diligently worked hard these past 2 weeks to ensure that these projects are up to CWS standard. It shows that CWS has a bright future with these two young men leading the charge.

From Tom Lesar: “Larry Palmer at Inlet Beach, FL, repeatedly takes actions above and beyond in his efforts to sustain positive, great community relations with all our customers. He always quickly makes himself available to resolve their water problem without hesitation.”

From Desiree St. Laurent: “Larry is the lone field technician for Inlet Beach. He is a well rounded team player, and always prioritizes the system. He completes all taps, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a timely manner. He successfully reads all meters in our service area, in 2 days, by himself every month! Larry’s knowledge of the system is unparalleled, rarely needing to pull plans or research lines. Our customers know him by name, and speak nothing but gratitude and positivity for all he does. He is a rockstar.”
