Don’t Dismiss A Near Miss - Report it!

Recently, there has been a drastic decline in Near Miss Reporting. Let this be your reminder to please fill out the “Near Miss and Unsafe Conditions Reporting” form in KPA whenever you encounter a Near Miss. This is to be completed when an unplanned event occurs that did not result in injury, illness, or damage - but had the potential to do so.

For those who have kept reading, the first 5 individuals to submit a Near Miss Reporting form in KPA will receive a CWS portable charging station for Apple iPhones, watches, and AirPods!

*Visit KPA —> Forms —> Near Miss and Unsafe Conditions Reporting —> Fill out.*

By doing this, our safety team can address various issues that might have otherwise harmed our team members. Jordan Trotter, our Safety Manager, said "It would be wonderful to see an increase in the number of Near Miss Reports."
