Going the Extra Mile: Maintaining a Clean & Organized Facility with FL Operator, Sean Kleinhenz

The other day, one of our FL operators, Sean Kleinhenz was working around his wastewater plant and wanted to encourage the rest of our teams to go the extra mile:

“I take a lot of pride in the work I do and realized, that keeping a clean facility doesn't just look good but it also reduces the risk of safety hazards. For example, rolling up a water hose to keep it out of walkways can prevent falls, and weeding around the plants helps keep snakes away. These small actions not only reduce risks but also show how much we care about our environment and our work. When we go the extra mile, it really makes a difference. It’s these efforts that show our clients we care about what we do, and that positive reputation helps our company grow stronger.”
